Ms. Kim advises financial services companies and other clients on matters involving federal and state regulatory compliance, in particular those involving anti-money laundering and electronic payments matters regulated under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
